  • Are eco-friendly products used?
    Yes. We use biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning products upon request. We also use industrial strength cleaning products upon request. The choice is yours.
  • Do you perform emergency clean-ups on short notice?
    Yes. We operate around the clock to meet the various needs of our clients which include last minute emergencies or requests that may include accidental related cleanups.
  • Will I be locked into a contract?
    We do not lock any of our clients into contracts. We are integral and work diligently to keep our customers happy by making their spaces look and feel spotless! We request 60 days notice should there be a need to end the service unless we are prevented to perform our services due to any legal order.
  • What happens during the hiring process?
    1. We schedule an in person quick tour of the space that needs cleaning. 2. After the in person overview, we then provide you with your custom quote. 3. Once you agree with our terms of service, we build the schedule to suit your needs and make your place shine!
  • Can I get an estimate over the phone?
    No. In order to provide a fair quote, we must create a solid action plan that is based upon a thorough review of the space in person with one of our cleaning professionals.
  • Where do you provide cleaning services?
    We provide our quality cleaning services for any interior including residential, commercial and industrial. We serve Brampton, Milton, Caledon, Mississauga, Georgetown and Toronto.
  • What is your Covid-19 response?
    Being front-line workers, it is our priority that we ensure safety for all with confidence and ease. We require our staff to adhere to the current mandated programs and protocols in place by the Federal and Provincial governments. This ensures that our customers and staff are safe with confidence and ease.

Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

We charge a non-refundable base cost of 100 dollars in advance via e-transfer for residential. The balance is paid upon completion. We also provide residential package pricing options with perks for our ongoing customers. 

 

For commercial and industrial spaces, we negotiate a contract with a payment plan. 

Every quote provided is custom based on reviewing your interior spaces.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a booked appointment to avoid billing for a missed appointment. You may call us or send us an email to reschedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We greatly value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a superior cleaning service and value to our customer base. Please inform us within 24 hours of our service if you have any concerns and we will re-clean the specific area again, free of charge, or correct the situation to your satisfaction.
